Assisting our youth into employment

Reduxo launches it’s Social Procurement initiative to assist youth into the Facilities and Asset Management industry. Reduxo is dedicated to social procurement. Wherever possible, Reduxo source our auditors locally providing employment and economic support for the community. Implemented in 2022, Reduxo will apply a 10% target of resources for all projects to offer employment to people experiencing unemployment. We will source audit staff that we can train and mentor into full time roles. Reduxo are particularly interested in working with unemployed youth, supporting young, disadvantaged people into the workforce as well as women. We will work with our clients to have one auditor on each project in this category and work with local unemployment and/or training agencies. The auditor will work along side a senior auditor for training, mentoring and guidance providing them experience to move into full time employment. There is no cost to our clients for this initiative and the auditor is a supplementary resource to the project team. We have our first project scheduled for later this month and look forward to sharing the experience. Our director Leanne Cluley said “Reduxo is committed to social procurement to provide paid work experience to youth and let them know what a fanatastic career is available in the asset and facilities management industry.”
