Working with a solution provider, their contract required an asset accurate condition assessment to ensure their lifecycle model was based on single source of truth. We worked with their client and the provider to complete a pilot to ensure the data captured was precise and in a format for easy importing into their solution and meeting the client’s needs.

We completed major hospitals and supporting community health facilities across Tasmania ensuring the solution provide could provide a lifecycle model to make informed decisions. In addition, we captured 360-degree photos of all major plant rooms providing context and access to review.

In partnership with a leading consultant, the brief was to provide an accurate asset assessment of 54 health facilities in Victoria for upload into their CMMS solution ensuring compliance with AMAF. Working with the consultant and the client to scope the data requirements and the template for uploading the data ensured a smooth process. As each facility was completed, the data was delivered and imported.

In addition, we worked with our partner to upload the asset data into a lifecycle costing model which allowed this health entity to create a plan and budget cost with supporting evidence to the health department.

Providing optimum care to patients is imperative in community health. Our client had the challenge of 7 very different sites.

Reduxo was able to complete the audit and provide asset data for upload into their asset and maintenance management solution that enabled them to move from reactive maintenance to proactive maintenance. This meant better conditions for staff, patients, and the public, as well as saving the community money.

This international facilities management service provider required an asset and facilities audit of their Public Private Partnership of a hospital contract to report back to head office management overseas.

Our role was to be independent; we were enlisted by the service provider to do a condition and asset audit as well identify the asset data shortfalls. Based on the data provided, the service provider was able to update their lifecycle costing model and ensure the contract was on track and more importantly, keep management confident of their abilities to manage the budget and the service.

Working with Health Infrastructure NSW, we assisted one of the Local Health Districts with 3 hospitals to complete an asset verification to validate the building, plant and equipment register. The asset data collection provided them an accurate asset base for maintenance planning and upload into in their Asset and Facilities and Management Online system (AFM Online) solution.

The scope of the project was based on the Asset Information Guideline V 04. and the data delivered in a format utilising Building Equipment template in the Master Asset Data Dictionary and Templates v0.6 to ensure ease of upload.

The asset register provided the LHD a single source of truth to assist them to maintain their assets today and for the future.
