    Residential Housing – National FM Provider

    With this project, we were really doing the overflow. This service provider had a deadline, complete the due diligence audit before a certain date if you want a variation. It was a big project to do in a short amount of time. Our involvement was 254 low, medium and high rise residential housing buildings.
    They wanted us to barcode all essential services and facilities assets as well as capture a condition and any defects with supporting images. We captured over 60,000 assets.


    We assisted them with the scope for their own technicians to ensure we were all on the same page. Our data was consistent, accurate and in a format they could upload straight into their systems.
    Our data was combined with their audit data as the base for the variation. In addition, it was used to create a life cycle costing and maintenance plan.

    Not-for-Profit Housing Authority

    The project scope was to complete a physical asset assessment of 144 residential properties as an accurate base to create a lifecycle model and maintenance plan. This not-for-profit housing authority were looking to plan and create budgets to ensure they were able to manage the residences, providing a safe, compliant and happy environment for their clients.

    Working with their Property Manager, we created a suitable schedule and completed the audit of their properties on time and budget capturing approximately 15,000 assets.

    Our customer required an asset and facilities audit of their supported housing accommodation ranging from rooming houses, units and apartments to 3-bedroom homes.

    Our role was to be independent; we were enlisted to do a condition and asset audit capturing details relating to the infrastructure and major plant. Based on the data provided, they were able to create a lifecycle costing model and implement a maintenance plan.
