With this project, we were creating an asset register. This service provider had a deadline, visit nearly 700 convenient stores nationally in 7 weeks.
We captured everything from the coffee machines to the cool room chillers to IT equipment as well fire and emergency assets. All facilities assets as well as a condition and any defects with supporting images and a video of each store. We captured over 240,000 assets.
Our data was consistent, accurate and in a format they could upload straight into their systems.

The client took advantage of our time onsite, and we captured additional assets such as signage, car parking, recycling facilities and public transport vendor equipment amongst others.
The data was used to create a life cycle costing and maintenance plan as well provide an accurate register for IT, Retail, Fuel, Security, Marketing and Facilities.

Managing retail opportunity stores nationwide requires process and the requirements to keep these building compliant and working is complex.
We worked with this not for profit organisation and their facilities service provider to capture an asset and facilities condition audit across 194 stores and 169 commercial and other buildings to upload the data into the facilities service providers software solution to provide maintenance plans.

The project schedule alone required a project lead to contact each store to confirm their location and access availability. Working across the country in both metropolitan and regional sites from inner city in all states to Bundaberg to Port Augusta to Kalgoorlie required a well documented process and project plan.
Communication, risk and quality assurance were constantly reviewed and managed to ensure this project was completed on time and budget.
