Completing a physical audit of 104 sites across Australia and New Zealand of manufacturing plants and recycling facilities requires a consistent approach.
Our scope was to assess all supporting infrastructure assets for these diverse sites.

Whilst each site was unique, we were able to provide a uniform asset register with standardised asset categories across the facilities.

This data was utilised to create a lifecycle model and maintenance plans to assist with budgeting for the future.

Having an accurate asset base is crucial to maintaining a refinery, our client’s requirement was to verify SAP FLOCs and provide further granularity of assets.

We conducted a pilot to ensure the process was efficient and to scope, as well as providing a timeline to complete the full project which we then completed.
The outcome by area, was a single source of truth in SAP allowing our client to update maintenance plans and lifecycle reporting.
