Western Australia Port Asset Register
The project scope was to create an asset register for 3 major ports in Western Australia to meet their financial and operational requirements.
They were obligated by legislation to verify their assets financially and were implementing a new solution to manage the data for both reactive and planned maintenance.
Having created a strategic asset plan, our asset audit project was an important component to meet their goals of implementing the plan.
We worked with their project staff to document the scope and advise on the value of capturing select assets and working within their budget.
QR Codes were utilised to integrate to their new solution which we advised on and supplied.
The project was completed on time and budget. -

Rail Corridor Property Owner
Working with a property owner who leases out buildings along the rail corridor comes with some unknowns.
Where there is common property such as driveways and access roads utilised by multiple tenants was identified as a risk to the rail owner.
To ensure no doubt, the rail owner took responsibility for these access areas and requested our services to audit the risk.
We utilised online mapping (Nearmap and RailMap) to view 349 access lots and create a register of criticality and consequence.
This desktop review identified which access lots were at a higher risk and 2 projects were created to select sites to confirm the register physically.
